Agrochemical Type: Fungicide seed dressing, soil and foliar fungicide
Mode of Action:Foliar or soil with curative and systemic properties, control soiborne diseases caused by phytophthora and Pythium in many crops, controls foliar diseases caused by oomycetes, i.e. downy mildews and late blights, used in combination with fungicide of different mode of action.

Application
Metalaxyl 25%WP is used as a systemic fungicide on a variety of food and non-food crops including tobacco, turf and conifers, and ornamentals. Used in combination with fungicides of different mode of action as a foliar spray on tropical and subtropical crops; as a seed treatment to control downy mildew; and as a soil fumigant to control soilborne pathogens.
